I read the reviews on these and decided to give them a try and I am so happy I did !These fenders are very well made and thicker than the ones I looked at elsewhere, they in fact so sturdy that I was able to stand on them once welded to my cooker trailer without warping them and I am 6ft 241lbs.The only complaint is that the back skirts come only tack welded on but for myself that wasn't an issue because I am a welder/fabricator. The fenders are heavy enough gauge to take the heat of decently heavy welds without warping nor burning through, as you can see in the third picture where I stich welded the skirts.Overall, these are the best quality fenders I have used for trailers and will now be my go to fenders. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Good product- quality materials- poor tack welds *by D***E on Reviewed in the United States on November 6, 2022* As others have noted, the tack welds could be a bit more substantial but overall these worked very well. That didn’t affect me too much, as when mounting I was able to securely attach them to the surrounding wood. If I was going to use metal sides then the problem would have been fixed by the welder. All in all, I’m pleased with the quality. As other reviewers have commented the backing/splash plates are poorly attached and required additional welding. The material appears to be adeqiate if you don't plan on using them for a drive over application. That being said, these fenders do not appear as though they would be appropriate for a bolt on situation. Yes I added the need welds to secure them, and yes I installed them without an issue.
