Good ergonomic shape!
With my hand and wrist arthritis, this is the best dumbbell, shaped to allow flexibility in holding position. Surface has good grip feel, and doesn’t get slippery with sweat. No odor to the material. Doesn’t roll away. Recommend highly.

Best Handweights for Pilates
These handweights are a game changer for Pilates. The unique shape makes them so much more practical than traditional dumbbells. They fit perfectly behind the knee without slipping out, which is amazing for leg lifts and other Pilates moves. They are also much easier to grip in your hands, so I do not feel like I am straining just to hold them. The color is bright and fun, and it makes working out feel a little more cheerful. Highly recommend. These weights are so great that I went back and ordered the 5 pound ones!
