I purchased these a yr ago for my 90+ yr old dad who suffered with back aches. He had great relief using them, his Dr was thrilled that something was giving him relief! Zero irritation, he never complained of them moving or catching on clothes, also there’s no smell like you’d get from a cream. Fast fwd to this past weekend, I strained my lower back lifting something heavier than I should have. I could hardly walk I was in so much pain. I grabbed one and placed it on my lower back, it brought so much relief for me! It’s nothing instantaneous, it gets gradually better over the next couple hrs. They remove easily, the adhesive sticks well, but comes off with no pulling. Very easy to use, although I placed them for my dad. I will always have them on hand! Anything that gives relief to aching back is a great deal!!

I have been using another, more expensive, product for years. I thought I'd give these a try. They are as good if not better than my old reliable. The price and quality are great. They actually stay on better than my usual. In fact, they are a little hard to peel off. I don't mind that at all. No irritation or discomfort. I will buy again.
