On/off with works perfectly, handle feels perfectly sturdy, rinsed out cleanly.A gem!I think the quality of the coffee is important. There are several Middle Eastern stores nearby where I can buy freshly ground Turkish coffee with customized addition of cardamom - it’s worth searching your town for this treasure!Search Amazon for Turkish coffee set ups. I was looking to replace my european plug Turkish coffee pot with this one, and I was skeptical due to some comments but it works great. It boils the water very quickly and my coffee tastes great! The handle could be a little heavier or wider but I have no other complaints. You can use a metal spoon.I also use it to boil water for my tea because it’s quicker than a kettle.

Quick to boil. There is no autoTurn off so you have to make sure you dont walk away. Easy to clean.

Piece of garbage, put some broth to warm up came back and it all leaked out of the bottom.Bet it's some crap Chinese made trash. Do not buy.

The handle is very awkward, hard to balance and pour. The off and on switch is in the wrong place. Needs to not be under handle.Heating element works well and makes good Greek coffee. I like the size.I have same type of pot in Greece and it is much easier to use.
