Tasty and healthy low calorie alternative
I truly do enjoy cooking with konjac whether as rice or noodles it's so simple to use and lends itself really well to the flavours of the dish. The biggest plus point is its low calorie content, making it a true delight to eat. A little on the expensive side to purchase but totally worth the spend.
