This is the best brain vitamin I have tried. It helped take away the fogginess and made my thinking a lot clearer and faster.

It wakes you up. Energy galore!

I like that it doesn't have a weird aftertaste or smell. Also, it's the perfect amount of caffeine to start your day for those caffeine junkies like me who can't walk or speak without some but never have time in the morning. It's biggest fault is that you can only take 2 and that's really really not enough caffeine to get me through a day. It also helps with keeping focus at work & stringing words together in the mornings. I've tried a few different of these focus memory herbal neurotropics and I would say this one is the second best but was half the price of the 1st place. And this one has caffeine, which is very important to me!

Unfortunately, I was not able to take this, because it interfered with my prescription meds and made me feel dizzy and foggy. My Wife, however, is able to take them, with no complications and they help her to focus and are helpful nutritionally as well. Check with your Doctor, to see if it's OK to take them with other meds, such as cold medicines, or heart medications etc...I'm glad they work for my Wife at least.
