I was not impressed this this product. I initially bought thinking I would not need to add sugar. I still need to add sugar. Will not buy again I can simply add my regular cinnamon.

This product comes in a resealable bag containing multiple individually packaged servings of cinnamon powder. The powder is very fine, similar in texture to ones for cooking that I got from grocery store, but it has a slightly sweet taste that makes it better suited for coffee or chai tea rather than cooking. I really appreciate the convenient packaging, it’s easy to carry and great for on-the-go use. The flavor is especially enjoyable when mixed with chai.

Tastes good, but I’ve stopped using Cassia cinnamon due to the articles I’ve read on the two types of cinnamon. I really like cinnamon and so I switched to Ceylon cinnamon. The articles I’ve read state that eating Cassia cinnamon in high quantities can be cancer causing. Indonesian cinnamon is Cassia cinnamon. Will not be purchasing this item a second time.
