This bundle contains 'the holy trinity' of dried chillies, essential for any good mole. Ancho, Pasilla and Guajillo for those that don't know, add a rich deep, chocolate and raisin like flavour to your sauce. The skinny little Arbol chillies included here can add moderate heat. The pack is great value, convenient and the dried chillies are of high quality. An excellent product which I shall be buying several times a year (we eat a lot of chilli in our hoyse).

Wonderful mix of authentic dried mexican chillies. Amazing for slow cooking pork or chicken for that smokey spice I love in mexican food.
