I rub the bar of soap on a shower scrubber to reach my back and I do not let the water touch my back until I am ready to get out of the shower. Do not lather and rinse right after, let it soak in your skin before rinsing. I do notice that my entire bathroom still smells like rotten eggs from the sulfur even after I get home from work and I can smell it still in my skin throughout the day but some cologne masks it pretty well. A less smelly, but more expensive option would be to use jock itch/athletes foot cream which runs usually runs around $12 per oz and will only last a few days.
