Pedigroom Professional Dog Grooming Hair Dryer Washer Blaster Heater Purple

This powerful hair dryer for dogs is sold under many different product names and widely differing prices! In October 2015 I decided to take my chances on this particular model (costing GBP 64.99) and on the basis of many drying sessions since then have no regrets whatsoever.The design, materials used and manufacturing standard are good and solid and the dryer does what it has to do, namely to quickly dry a dog's wet coat - in my case the challenging coat of a Golden Retriever who loves swimming.If any technical problems should arise in the future I will update this review.Update on 7th July 2017: The Dryer is still working perfectly I'm glad to report.

Like it so far just starting to use it as we head towards winter. The instructions where a Tad Naff to say the least, Pigeon English (For Example) it advise to take to man to fix if any problems i.e. not working. If any Problems I will be going back via Amazon as it would not be fit for Purpose, but so far all O.K. too early to say yet.

I would never buy from this manufacturer again.I bought and within 2 months the plug started melting and smoking.The "manager" still not sure of name as would not confirm, was less then useless in trying to get a refund or offering an exchange, suggesting I should "put a new plug on"Extremely unhappy.If I could I would put 0 stars.

Good powerful blaster for a professional grooming salon however it has the same issues as other more expensive blasters in which the plastic clip can't hold the air pressure and pings off the hose and nozzle. Had this issue after only a week of full time use in a busy grooming salon so for this can't give it a high rating.Customer service isn't too great with response times on queries.Well worth giving this a go as a start up groomer or as a spare. I would buy again if needed as mentioned the fault is universal with these types of blasters.
