Great product. These work!
DEAL R Alpha Lipoic Acid 600mg with Benfotiamine 300mg has made a big difference in easing nerve pain, tingling and numbness. I also take one of Deal's Benfotiamine 300mg, to bring the total daily dose of 600mg each of R-ALA and Benfotiamine. These supplements should help all nerves, including your optical nerves. These are a bit pricey but they definitely help.

This product seems to be working well it does help with the nerves in my feet. easy to swallow I will probably continue to order these instead of the ones I did used to order. At this time, I believe it is helping with the pain numbness and tingling, I have with my neuropathy

The combination of benfotiamine + alpha lipoic acid may be worth your consideration if you have any kind of neruopathy. Checkout some of the products that claim to deliver realy improvements from nerve injuries and you fill find both of these ingredients that are available in this one product. If you are looking at taking this product for neuropathic purposes, I suggest also adding in folate. But the features ofthis deal supplement include: easy to swoallow; soluble; essentially no side effects experienced from taking them and no odor. Like I said, if you hve nerve problems, this product may be worth your consideration. It's also fair to add that nerve injuries are ones that take time and efforts to improve--and where I'm headed with this sentence is: don't expect overnight miracles.
