This stylish heater looks great on our back patio. We love spending time outside even during the cold months in the winter. We have been able to enjoy many evenings grilling out while also being comfortable thanks to the warmth we get from this patio heater. I’m very impressed with the amount of heat it offers. A perfect place for the family to gather around. The assembly was super easy. It is incredibly sturdy and very durable. The base is heavy keeping it upright and in place. Although the base is bottom heavy it is easy to move from place to place as needed and if it is accidentally knocked over it will shut off immediately. I’m looking forward to many more nights outside by the heater, enjoying the warmth.

I recently added the Infrared Patio Heater to my outdoor setup, and it's been a game-changer. On cool evenings, it delivers instant, sun-like warmth that feels incredibly cozy. The fact that it’s odorless and doesn’t require gas or propane is a huge plus—just straightforward comfort with the push of a button. The two heat levels and remote control make it easy to adjust the warmth to my liking without having to get up. The heater’s weather-resistant design, thanks to its IP65 rating, has already proven its durability through some unexpected rain showers. Its aluminum alloy frame not only looks sleek but stands up well to outdoor conditions. I’m also impressed by its energy efficiency. The 1500-watt infrared heater with high-efficiency carbon fiber elements has noticeably reduced my energy costs, which is a nice bonus. It covers a 25 sq. ft. area effectively, perfect for my patio and even my gazebo. Safety is another strong suit. With features like a 360-degree tip-over switch, overheat protection, and a mesh guard, I feel confident that it’s safe around kids and pets. Overall, this patio heater is a fantastic investment for extending outdoor enjoyment into the cooler months.

Looks great, heats quickly and evenly. As others said, the instructions left a lot (mainly, labeling of the screws) to be desired, but assembly wasn't actually that bad. You'll need two AAA batteries and a screwdriver (not included). I'd recommend laying it horizontally across two chairs to assemble rather than upside down, and have a second person handy to hold the weighted base in place while you screw it on. Also, tips on the screws/bolts: the black ones go with the black plastic cover at the top. There are 4 sets of silver bolts for the base. The very short wide silver bolts go on first to attach the first small plate. Save the long skinny silver pair for last. You'll be left with two sets of larger silver bolts, one slightly longer than the other. Use the shorter of these two next, to attach the black bar to the first plate. Then use the longest of the large bolts and the two washers to attach the weighted bottom plate. Finally use the long skinny silver bolts to attach the small plastic "camping board" that holds the electrical cord in place. Also make sure to remove the foam pieces that are cushioning the glass bulb inside before turning it on! If any of them arrive stuck inside the metal grate (second picture), I found a pair of tweezers did the trick to finangle it out. All in a high quality heater that looks great, with a small footprint. Just what I was looking for.

It doesn’t have a fan to blow heat around because a person have to sit very close to feel the heat. I’m disappointed about it not having a fan because the heat output is not there. I’m trying to figure how to pack item back up for return. It’s pretty to look at but that’s it.

time will tell. The Bad: 1: NO assembly instructions. It was not too hard to figure out. But for some people it might be tough. Two people would make it easier to put together. I did it by myself by leaning the unit upside down into the corner of the room with carpeted floor to protect the top. Minimally the drawing they supply could be better. 2: There is no grab point or handle on it to move it around easily once it's assembled. It's heavy. 3: It's expensive. The Good: 1: It is well made as it should be for the price. 2: Operation is smooth and quite. 3: I haven't had a chance to use it on cool night yet. It seems to kick out a decent amount of heat. So hopefully the heating element is of good quality. I'll report back when I have used it some more...

Very easy to put together. I used this on a rainy night outdoors and it gave enough heat to keep everyone comfortable. I am happy with this purchase and am very happy with how the functionality of this heater. It is slim enough and lightweight.

It is a nice little heater, but don't expect much from it. It would probably work best for an enclosed patio vs a screened patio. I have to be within a few feet of it to feel the warmth.

The heater works well with good heat if you're right on top of it. No fan to blow the heat. if you are more than 3 feet away you're out of luck.

Please take out the foam chips in the wire cage prior to heating. The instructions do not tell you this, and I found out when they started to burn, smoke and smell. I shut off the heater and removed the chips once they were cool. Other than this small hiccup, the heater is fantastic, and I highly recommend! Setup was easy, in about 15 min, and then great heat. Very smart looking. There is a coupon inside the box to get a free cover for the heater if you are in the US. The company very kindly sent me a small rebate to put toward purchasing a cover, which I did, since I am in Canada.

Sturdy, and I like the timing and safety. But not as warm as I would like, heating radius is smaller than I expected as well. Wish it was better.

Great heater! Beautiful design, durable, and waterproof! We've been using it indoors so far—very comfortable. We're waiting for spring to put it outside. It arrived quickly, in three days, and the packaging is very good.

This thing should pump the heat for what it's worth but it doesn't!!! Sending it back
