Shuts off when pre set pressure reached. quite a bit bigger than the usual 12V plug in type but thats to expect with the speed of inflation. Pumped up a single are bed in about 1 min also it removes the air from the airbed fast as well. topped up 10 Tyres in no time from 28PSI to 42PSI on 4 suv tyres and 4 standard 16" tyres from 30PSI to 40PSI. plus both spare tyres Normaly I can make a cup of tea in the time it takes for the 12v aircompressor to top up one of the suv tyres. Also another big bonus is it's cordless so no opening doors and stretching across the seats to plug in.
