Reduces inflammation in pcos
It helps with water retention and inflammation for me in pcos, but the recommend dose is giving me constipation. But a lesser dose is working fine for me๐

I woke up so anxious
I had morning anxiety issues after a few days taking it and I believe it is to high dose for me. Unfortunately item is non refundable! Please consult with doctor regarding right dosage before taking it!

Best for PCOS
I have used several brands for long term periods and they did not work as well as this product. Even another brand I had used, quite popular as well, did not help as quickly as this did. Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro is an absolute game changer for women with PCOS, especially for those who do not have frequent or absent periods. There are several medical backed studies as well to prove itโs helpful for women with PCOS. I have high androgen, testosterone, and my periods had completely gone missing for a year. This product had given me back my periods as a woman in her mid 20โs in two months. I remember when it came back, I was full on in tears. I cannot talk about being able to get pregnant just yet but I will make sure to do that if it does happen. I know a lot of women are able to successfully convince after taking this supplement. This is a permanent supplement in my rotation that I will never give up and forever take.

Good product that I will purchase again.
This is a solid product and definitely helped me regulate my PCOS. These donโt work quickly so you need to give them at least 3 months to regulate your system. Will buy again.
