be careful
This product gave me heart palpitations within two days, reaching 120 bpm at rest. So be careful taking this if you are not diabetic. Consult a physician.

Repurchasing several times
This is a great product for those of us with insulin resistance. They have a patented ingredient, are so tiny & easy to swallow, no taste, and very effective for lowering glucose. I love this brand especially bc they are 3rd party tested. Great value for money. You can start off on the 100 mg and move up to 200mg as that is the actual studied dose. I've repurchased these a couple of times now.

Lowered my A1c with no stomach upset
Taken in the morning before my breakfast, it helped me get my A1c down without any other changes to my diet!!!

The Good, The Not So Bad, and The Irregualar
I used this as a supplement to my other drugs: Jardiance and Metformin. I took 1 table a day, in between the use of the other drugs. I works, it lowered my numbers by as much as 30 points. But over time, I developed diarrhea. After stopping use, after two days, the symptom stopped. Needless to say, I stopped using Dihydroberberine. (However it may work well with other drugs or no other drugs.) Update: The product didn't work well while I was using Jardiance. However, when I ran out of Jardiance I began using the Dihydroberberine. This time I did not suffer from diarrhea. From what I can tell, it is very compatible with Metfromin.
