I would rather trust than suspect so I went with this again as cost per gram/ounce and tried several and they all seem to be the same color, consistency and aroma. A little goes a long way so follow the dose. Shilajit induces many changes like skin, hair, muscle mass, joints, and sleep cycles. I believe it’s one of those supps you can cycle like every other month. Don’t go broke trying health boosts. Some things will hit, others won’t. We all have unique DNA yes? So shouldn’t it follow that we all have a metabolic blueprint that adapts differently to that we ingest.

I'm not sure if you are taking this to supplement your testosterone levels, that's why I am. And I can feel more energy levels substantially. To feel that, you'll have to take for a solid two weeks everyday. Ashwaganda has its own benefits. I'm not sure about black seed oil. As far as taste goes... omg! Let me try to describe it. You ever been to a mechanics parking lot? And you see oil or sludge on the ground? Probably has oil, coolant, washer fluid, grease and gear lube in that little ground sludge... well you ever wonder how it tastes? This is how it tastes. Lol it's a very terrible taste but I think so far the benefits outweigh the taste, which is why I still take it. Best of luck to you all.

I was shocked when I opened this very small bottle Not only was I shocked by its size, but I was shocked by the smell and the green liquid that came pouring out of it, almost smells like some kind of fuel which shocked me I figured mixing it would mske it get thicker like any of the other similar products I bought it did not. And it reeked of some kind of petroleum I threw them both in the garbage and will never repeat this mistake again I went on line in order two Shilajit products that I normally order. I do not want my money back it's a lesson learned

Definitely an acquired taste but I think it's the real deal it's hard to swallow and the manufacturer states it but if you can get used to the taste its probably one of the better options out there

Make my body feel really good

I really hated the flavor of this. I had a different brand before and put it in my coffee every morning. I tried this one and I ended up dumping my coffee the two times I tried it. I purchased my original brand and mixed it in, about a third of it maybe. It’s much more tolerable. I’m wondering if it’s the black seed oil or the ashwaganda. Shilajit is pretty good. Effective for sleep. When I sleep it’s usually deeper and longer than when I’m not taking shilajit.
