I got this to help curb sweet cravings and use as a low cal snack in between meals. It keeps me full for a bit and tastes good! I like that this has probiotics which other brands don’t. Mango is my favorite, the apple tastes a bit like cough syrup.

I quite like these. They have a very high sweetness, slightly higher than those at asian groceries, and cost similarly to the cheapest singles imported, but should be less in bulk. Lots of sucralose by my taste. I quite like that sweetner, just don't buy if youre not a fan of sucralose+erythritol. It is a highly refreshing low calorie snack with a premium quality compared to something like sugar free jello or cheaper Asian aloe drinks. Had to stack discounts to get a reasonable per snack unit cost of $1.30..

Ok gotta say I’m pretty impressed with the flavor. It’s very filling. I bought these because I’m on a weight loss journey and I get a craving for sweets at night. This definitely is going to help. I like how low carb they are. Apple is my favorite flavor.

I had to do a 2 day colonoscopy prep and was hungry on Amazon. Found theses and was interested. Got them early the next day. Thet are awesome. Totally recommended if you have to do a clear liquid diet. You can have all the flavors and colors.
