Can't contact customer service.
Mask wasn't included. Company link to customer service broken. First one was way too small, second one ordered size xl for my 9 year old and it came but without mask. Price is too high for bad service

The X-Large is Just a Regular Large
I purchased this for my nephew because the local stores only had up to a size large, which my nephew just fit into. I was hoping the X-Large would be a little bit roomier, but when it finally arrived it turned out it was the same size as the large from the stores. They were also made by the same manufacturer, Jazwares, so it was really disappointing that we had to wait two weeks for this one to arrive from Amazon just for the X-Large to be inaccurate in sizing.

Pas la bonne taille qu'écrit sur le site
Sa fait la 2 e foit que je demande un échange car sur le site il est noté que c'est pour enfant de 8-10 ans et j'en est reçu 2 pour 14-16 ans il sont de tres bonne qualité mais beaucoup trop grand et le 2e reçu est tout tâcher de partout donc je ne sais pas qu'oi faire redemander un échange au risque d'avoir encore la même taille et il ne l'aura pas pour son Noël ou demander un remboursement et commander sur un autre site je vais joindre une photo pour montrer le deuxième costume dans l'État qu'il est

Not happy. Not true to size
This suit is sooooo long. Not the size we ordered. Super disappointed as this was one of my son’s gifts for Christmas. Would appreciate if this could be rectified.
