This is not my first experience buying a product designed to aid dogs access to alternative spaces, over the years I’ve purchased a variety of steps and ramps to allow my elderly dogs easy access to my bed, my vehicle, and outdoors, but this is the first time anything I purchased actually worked. I have to say, this is the best multi-use, easily stored, well researched, well designed item of its type I’ve seen in 20 years. I have no association with the item outside of purchasing it, and it was an exceptional find. It’s immediately clear whoever designed this had dogs, from the non-slip carpeted steps, the width/depth of the steps, the rounded edges, the perfect height, it’s all extremely pet friendly. Easy to store, collapses flat, can be slid under the bed, into a trunk, or hatch. Easy to both set up and take down with an ingenious accordion-style design. Open up and use as stairs, or keep closed, and flip over, then functions as an adjustable ramp, covered with a non-slip material, providing a dual function which is a spacer saver, and a time saver. Im a committed and responsible pet owner, I invest in my dogs, give them love, time, vets, food, clothing, toys, snacks, transportation, boarding, kennels, beds. I’ve purchased many items that look good online but are functionally a disappointment in person, we’ve all been there. If you’re shopping specifically for a product to aid in access for a pet, look no further, this is what you want. PS: in case size is something you’re concerned about, a Great Dane, Frenchie, Boston, Corgi, and Mutt all give this a bark of approval.

These steps are perfect for my handicapped kitty to get up on the bed. They are very well made, solid, and attractive. So much nicer than the other pet stairs I’ve had that quickly became torn up and shabby looking. The fact that they can be folded up for easy storage is a big plus. I was pleasantly surprised that there was zero assembly required! They shipped fast. Overall an excellent product and buying experience.

Dogs love it. I have a senior boxer who can’t jump anymore and a corgi that now refuses to jump into the bed. They love the steps to get them up and down. It flips to close up and gets really compact. A downside is the steps can also flip up. Sometimes the dogs hit it with their feet. It doesn’t cause any issues. Just makes a loud sound. I do have to tighten the screws from time to time. It’s really funny when I move the steps away from the bed, the corgi goes up the steps and then sees the bed isn’t there, then jumps off it. He’ll keep doing it over and over. It’s really funny!!

Have used a few times now with our dog. She's getting accustomed to the steps but the product is a solid, well crafted piece. For all the design and ease of use planning, the price is well worth the production effort ! *An interesting side note in terms of "spying" or "third party" access to ordering information. An apparent scammer has gotten access to this customers info. and sent a text message to my mobile device ( which I never use to order ) stating a product defect. Potentially, "they are" paying attention to what you are ordering to make you concerned enough to respond, which I did not. Heads up in case this happens with your order... Report Spam & Delete

BEST PRODUCT EVER. This arrived yesterday with NO assembly required. I removed it from the box and started using it. I am 64 and it was easy to unfold, easy to fold up and carry and it stores in a KIA Soul hatch with no issues. I found it sturdy, well built, the steps lock and my 50-55 pound dog used it the FIRST time. Each stair is covered with fabric that is non skidding and yet gentle under the paws. I'm considering it as a gift for my family members for their dogs as they age.

Broke after two uses…our 50lb med size dog used them and the step broke completely. Disappointing as it’s past the return date. Otherwise decent steps. A little clunky and easy to pinch fingers.

Took our dogs a while to get used to the open stair concept but they love it now. Way better than foam stairs we had before! These weight enough that they dont slide, no zippers, very stable, suitable for cats or dogs.

I was so happy with this. It worked beautifully for my 27 lb french bulldog, until it didn’t. He got very comfortable with it and the carpet gave him traction. However, today he jumped from the top step, landed on the bottom step and the support members for the hinged flap that kept the step from being a ramp split and failed. I am back to square one. It still deserved 3 stars… nice piece of construction.

These steps are superb for my furbabies. They are so sturdy for my girls, i was very impressed by the quality.

Molto carina e sembra robusta vediamo con il tempo non va bene per cani tanto piccoli,ho una ciwi 2.900 kg per lei gli scalini sono un po' altini...gli altri 2 invece non hanno difficoltà almeno per il momento.

Très bien fait. Facile à utiliser et pas trop gros.

Escalier destiné à l'usage d'un petit chien , dimensions idéales, me parait solide. La possibilité de choisir entre le mode escalier ou rampe est un plus sûrement , personnellement il devait atteindre une certaine hauteur, donc il est en mode escalier , la rampe aurait été trop rude pour ma petite Pinscher . Les marches ont une hauteur correcte pour les chiens comme la mienne, recouvertes de moquette elles sont agréables à utiliser . Très contente de cet achat.

Me encanto y a mi perra que ya tiene 14 años aun mas!
