Who should buy this BikeBag?

This BikeBag is ideal for those that travel with their bicycle (car, camper van, train, ferry, air) and need a lightweight, practical solution to protect their bike as well as their clothes/car boot (think greasy chains and dirt) during transport.

Can I use this BikeBag on air planes?

Yes, you can use this BikeBag for air travel with your bicycle. However, airport staff are not known for handling luggage with care. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND to add extra padding / protection as the BikeBag has only minimal padding for the front wheel.

Do I need to take off both wheels during transport?

No, you only need to take off the front wheel for transport or storage. It depends on your use case if you keep the pedals on (more convenient during short transitions) or take them off (safer).

Does the BikeBag have padding?

No, it only has minimal padding for the front wheel axle. We designed this BikeBag to be as lightweight as possible. Please feel free to add additional padding as needed for your use case (e.g. air travel).

Can I fit 29" MTB tyres with a width of more than 2.25"?

Yes, you can but this will be a tight fit. If you use these larger tyres, we recommend to let out some air prior to inserting the front tyres into the padded sleeve.
