I am 100% a soap and water girl. I’ve never used cleansers because I didn’t really experience acne until my 40s! I read up on this product and got the cleanser, milk exfoliator, and facial hydration all in one order. Got the double pack be cause, like me, my daughter is a soap and water girl. Now, we are both PREQUEL girls!! Both of us love this cleanser and I love my other products. It lathers easily and makes your face feel clean!! Little yo no fragrance and doesn’t dry my skin out. My daughter and I are both combo skin (dry and oily) girls and this cleanser works well with our skin. Also, it’s helped clear my face up!! I haven’t gone without at least base makeup for a couple years because of hormonal acne. My face is finally clear enough that I feel comfortable with less is more! I will buy this product for the REST of my life!!

This face wash is very nice. A little goes a long way--it is rich, not watery, but makes good lather at the same time. My skin feels clean after using it. The only issue I had, and why I knocked of one star, is that the pumps don't work at all. After twisting to open them from their locked position, the soap comes out through the base of the pump insert, not through the nozzle. It may be because the package arrived with the product leaking out, so there may have been some damage to the pumps during transit. But I had to transfer the actual face wash to another pump container to dispense it. I decided not to return it because both containers were full, it's not ingestible and I was leaving on a trip and needed it. I think the value for the money is very good, as the bottles are large and I would definitely buy it again!
