Tena Proskin Overnight Incontinence Stretch Briefs, Unisex, L/XL, 48 ct

I’ve been using these overnight adult diapers for several weeks now, and I’m very impressed. The fit is secure but comfortable, with no irritating edges or leaks. What really stands out is the absorbency—they hold up through the night without any issues, even for someone like me who sleeps for 7–8 hours. No more waking up to change or dealing with wet sheets. The material is surprisingly soft and breathable, so it doesn’t feel bulky or overly warm. These have made a big difference in my quality of sleep and confidence. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable overnight protection!

These were needed by a family member after cancer surgery. I'm sorry to say they weren't good. The absorbancy was adequate and I didn't see any problems with leaking. However, the velcro-like closures proved to be very irritating to the skin. We tried placing another layer (cloth, tissue, paper towel, etc.) between the closure and the skin, but it caused as much problem as it solved. I don't remember now whether we found a way to use them up or just discarded the remainder. But the fact that we seriously considered discarding them tells you what we thought.

My husband is incontinent. I have tried about every brand there is. A few may work overnight but are super expensive and never really fit right. These adult diapers are the BEST! They can hold urine for 12 hours, never a leak. And they have the best secure tape to affix the brief. A longer strip that really holds compare to the other brands that only have a single short strip. They are the only ones I will buy now.

Didn’t like the fit and would prefer to have a pull up panty instead of a wrap around. Will Oder another brand next week. Just not such a big quantity.

These are really good absorbent diapers for overnight and for someone who is totally incontinent. But like so much in medical/ medical supplies there is frustration because it is the little things that mean a lot and would make caring for someone so much easier. but so often those things are overlooked. These would be perfect, but they are too small. My mom can't roll from side to side. My mom is a size 12 with a 33" waist and they're too tight, She would need some extra room for comfort and It would be so much easier for me to get the diaper underneath her if it were sized as advertised. That's the frustration. Why doesn't Tena just put accurate sizing on their diapers? What's so hard about that? No way would they fit a larger waist as they are advertised to do. These are the most absorbent diapers Tena carries and they don't come in a 2xl. Why not? The tab closure is smaller on the L/XL xl and easier to pull off of her when turning her because they don't stick to the chux. The 2XL tabs are larger and the do stick and I end up having to cut the tabs off If the person has a waist larger than 30" and is unable to roll from side to side, don't waste your money or time ordering these.

Comfortable and effective. Sort of an in between for me personally. A bit lightweight for true overnight accommodation as well as slightly too fluffy to wear out and about. I found them to be comfortable with a decent fit and I would purchase them again.

Tena diapers are our favorite. These hold a lot of liquid and have a solid strip tab instead of two inch wide tabs. They are more secure than any other diaper we have used.

So, normally I am a fan of TENA products....not so much with this one. 1. Sizing is off. If you are under a 50" waist, try the MEDIUM, not the L/XL, as I did. The L/XL should be labeled XL/Bariatric. They say they will fit down to a 41" waist or hip...and every other large product on the market fits me. The "belts" are super long and stretch SUPER long. I can overlap them by over 3" at least on the front, and I am a 40" waist/hip. 2. IMO, these are not an overnight diaper. If you dribble constantly, maybe. But if you flood a product, nope. No wetness protection on the sides at all, so if wetness rolls around to the sides, your sheets WILL get wet. 3. They claim they contain/control odor. Not at all. They are breathable, which means they allow vapors/odor out. the first time you wet the product (and every time thereafter), you WILL smell it, if your urine is not diluted as water. Bowel movement? No, I would not want to be wearing this in that case. They absorb well, just not what I consider overnight and their hook and loop fasteners are REALLY good. Leg gathers are good, as they are on all TENA products, with no need for standing inner leak barriers. Wish I could try a sample or a bag of the medium, without having to order another whole case. Maybe the medium would work better for me. Just beware when buying. Not a HORRIBLE product, hence the middle of the road star rating, just not one of the best I have ever used, especially to be labeled "overnight". UPDATE: When I contacted TENA to see if there was a way to get a medium sample and let them know how huge their L/XL size was, their response was basically "We're revamping our sampleing program...sorry about your lucl.." BUYER BEWARE on TENA products. Lowering my rating based on lack of customer support. Makes buying thier products all that more risky with zero customer support.

After having two spinal surgeries a month apart, I needed a brief that could take a lot of urine. I find it will hold urinating at least five times, without a leak! So that means having a good night sleep with not having to change in the middle of the night as well as during the day. I like the way that it wicks away the urine so that you don’t feel wet after a short period of time. They are so easy to put on and remove with the large Velcro sides. They are my one-go-to brief.

Easy to put on, it can handle quite a bit of urine. Good odour control. Better for skin compared to other products.

These work great for my elderly mother. All others leak a lot more, not these, and don't cause skin issues as they are breathable.
