I’m generally weary of five star reviews, but this product is so perfect. I’m coming from the perspective of a home baker- but I have worked in professional settings as well. PROS - easy to control temperature for the top and bottom rods - gets really hot really quick. Goes up to 250 degrees, perfect for homemade pizza - convection function does decently well to give even bakes. There are some hot and cool spots, but all ovens have that, so I’m not surprised or mad. - easy to clean - decently sized tray area and internal space- good for making sheet cakes, batch baking etc. CONS - the heat warps the metal tray sometimes, it’s not that bad, cause you can bend it back into shape. - makes the room hot- I think that’s obvious

I have used this oven for baking cakes, breads, buns, cookies & pizzas. I have also used it for grilling fish, vegetables (skewers), rotisserie chicken and toasting. Overall the quality of baking/ grilling is outstanding. Completely customizable in terms of selecting the functions and good performance till now. Fan/ convection & rotisserie have separate switches. Keep war function is missing, though mentioned in literature. Temperature range starts from 100 degree celcius and goes up-to 250 degrees, though I would have like it starting from 50 degrees which could have been useful for keeping warm. Looks sturdy and should last a long. Inserting racks & trays are sometimes tricky and could be smoother. Also the wire rack has a center wire running in vertical which takes away the balance while using pans & trays. They should have designed it better. I use another wire to balance the cake pans or else the cakes will also be slightly tilted. Stainless steel finish is good in terms of looks and ease of cleaning. Fit & finish is good and above average. 60L is a good size for baking 2 8" cakes on the same rack and 2/3 pizzas in one go and will come in handy for a family of 4+. Visibility into the chamber is poor due to mirror finished glass door. Temperature & timer knob could have been marked with more values for precise setting. For temperature the settings are 100. 150, 200, 250 due to which setting temperature in between these ranges quite tricky. Similar is the case with timer. I would have preferred one more baking wire rack and the one which comes has skewer racks on one side. I will definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to buy a decent sized OTG in India.

When I first bought it, the temperature was off by almost 50-60°C, which was odd, but I still tried to work with it by setting the knob accordingly, because even after contacting the customer service, nobody came for repair. But recently, the lower rod doesn't heat at all, the thermostat is definitely broken. Even when I set the knobs at both rods on and 250°C, the temperature does not go above 90-100°C! It's quite impossible to use a oven that cannot even heat upto 150°C. I am a home baker running a successful small business, and the oven is the backbone of my business. I have tried calling Customer Care atleast 10 times. They even sent a technician to check twice, they changed the thermostat once and the oven still does not work!

Product was good but the service is in the hands of Bajaj and the same pathetic. They are giving priority to customer buying products from direct shops and not bothered about online customers. I have raised complaint a month back and nobody even contacted me.

Excellent product quality. Ample space to bake multiple cookies, muffins, etc. Can easily accommodate 2x 8" pizzas on one tray. And it can house 3 trays. Go for this stainless steel variant. Some reviews mentioned breakage of knobs ir glass, which are isolated situations I believe. You can always replace your item on Amazon, if at all you receive a rare defective piece. I have only faced one issue, twice. It is that during long high temperature baking, the oven tripped. But it has not happened again, yet. This model of the oven is absolutely amazing.

Overall heating and everything is fine, but the racks do not sit properly inside the oven and have a tendency to fall

While I am over the moon with my shiny oven, it did arrived with a slight dent in the top, but the biggest issue for me is that the rings inside for the racks to slide onto doesn’t have one just below the middle - meaning your items are either to high in the oven and burning on top or too low and burning at the bottom. This could be a deal breaker for some - I’m suprised by Mophy Richard’s as expected attention to detail with this brand especially for the extra money. The handle also heats up considerably, and I’m fearful of it rusting over monsoon but the size is rather substantial this I’m pleased with, and heats up fast and hot! You may need an adapter as comes with the large three pin plug.
