Super flavorful & smells so yummy! Doesn’t clump, Easy to use, & stir into soups, sauces & chili. I use it in many dishes. I especially love using it to make homemade pizza sauce!!! It is a constant in our tiny camper because it’s so lightweight & compact compared to the equivalent of canned tomatoes. I even love using it at home because of convenience but also for the flavor. I also love that it is organic and a single ingredient!

So tasty. Unsalted, you can season at your own way. It mixes with water easily to make a paste. It's such an easy way to have a easy quick access to small amounts of tomato for cooking to salad dressing. There is a wide variety that you can use it for. I love having this in my RV and not taking a refrigerator space or having to open up a whole can of a tomato product.

I use this powder very often to make pizza sauce, instead of using cans of tomato paste, or sauce. A little goes a long way. I use it exclusively except when I need diced tomatoes. The flavor is very good and you can make the texture as thick or thin as you like. I will be ordering more.

The flavor is great. No complaints here. I have mixed this into Indian curry dishes and was pleased. However, it has no bulk. So when you want to create a tomato sauce to go over pasta, you'll have to be creative. I myself add at times garlicky humus; have also tried mashed-up cauliflower; have yet to try other veggies. It's still an inexpensive go-to when flavoring most dishes.

We were served tomato powder when in Italy. It was used under the food on our plates or around the edges of a pasta dish. I bought this when I got back to the States and am still figuring out when to use it. It has a strong tomato flavor. I trust the Micro Organics brand.
