I used this panthenol powder in my hand lotion and it was easy to get it to dissolve and it works well. Leaves skin really silky and elevates the luxury feel of my hand lotions.

Product was hard as a rock
This product should be a light powder. It’s hard as a rock at opening, and does not dissolve as it should. And….. It’s not eligible for a return. I wouldn’t take a chance.
