Brilliant ! They work , They are so delicious I have to stop myself opening another ! The chewy texture , the ginger sooo good .I usually take 2 for me to feel the boost . So you can find your own pace so to speak by taking 1, and see how you feel . I absolutely 💯 love them delicious 😋

Had read reviews of similar product but with higher caffeine content (100mg) and almost opted for that one but thought to give this a go thinking could always double up if needed. Don’t usually run end of day as find extremely hard perceived effort compared to same run in mornings. Travel schedule didn’t permit today and home mid afternoon to find these had arrived in post. Feeling tired after little sleep the previous night and long journey home, almost didn’t go out for a run but instead had one of these Chews before left home and another about 5 Miles into hilly trail run and was easily the best and relatively lowest perceived effort 8 miler (limited by darkness descending!) that I can remember for an afternoon run! Felt could have gone on quite happily for more miles! Hoping I still sleep ok tonight! Will write again with Part 2 review if not!! Only gripe was each individually wrapped chew seems excessive amount packaging for these tiny chews …. Would prefer mini packs of 5 would probably be popular amount for marathon distance for runners with similar caffeine response as me (I drink 2-3 cups coffee in morning as routine). Taste gingery hot but not too hot. Bit chewy for last bit getting stuck in tooth but no big deal.

Super little warming bites ! Excellent way to keep track of your caffeine intake through the day and keep within safe limits. Each spicy chew has the minimum of 30 mg that will give you a lift depending on your circumstances. You can cleverly combine them with other products like energy drinks as the effect wears off, a little chew keeps the momentum going. You learn to ‘ caffeine count ‘ ( a bit like calorie counting ) and spread your intake thus avoiding that dreaded caffeine crash to some extent. They’re also a handy pick-me-up on non training days when you’re a bit sluggish ; can help with a headache and lift mood too. Hope they upscale production of these as I wouldn’t like to run out , you know what I mean !

Great better than coffee or any energy drink

The taste is okay but I didn't feel that it gave me any extra energy

Call it coincidence but I just had my best two runs since ordering and using these.I'm a mum of 3 getting back to running training for a half marathon. The first couple of miles feel like hell, I just start to get into stride then I loose energy and may as well be at walking pace for the remainder of the run. Found gels sticky and didn't really do much for me, same with the energy gummies but these little things seem to have worked wonders?! They were recommended by a relative who runs regularly marathons, ultras etc so thought I'd give them a go. I like ginger but even if you weren't keen these aren't strong tasting at all and take a few seconds to chew and get down. Also like that they are natural. Ran 10 miles on them then 12 miles the week after felt great kept a decent pace and felt like I had more in the tank! It's a yes from me, low cost, fast delivery and great customer service. Highly recommend.
