I purchased several different brands to compare, and these definitely have the thickest padding, which provides extra security and peace of mind. I got these for my 11 year old daughter. She's neurodivergent and struggles with some aspects of taking care of herself. She had her first period a few months ago and struggled hard with sanitary pad placement so I was worried about her when she was in school. These panties have been a godsend and I’m so jealous I didn’t have access to these when I was her age. I opted for letting her just wear these without the pad and it’s made the whole experience seamless and carefree. We haven’t had any accidents and while she has said she prefers to wear regular panties while she’s not on her period, she says these are comfortable. Probably just “bulkier” and a bit stiffer since they have several layers of fabric in the crotch area, but she hasn’t complained about discomfort. It’s very thick so it may not be as breathable as regular panties but she hasn’t complained. The lining is black so we don’t see any of the mess. She’s about 4’10 and 102lbs. She wears an adult small or a youth 14-16, and we went with size 16. They fit comfortably. I noticed that the seams in the thigh/crotch area do get some flow, but it doesn’t leak to where it stains her pants or anything like that. When she takes them off, I will rinse them and then hang them to dry. Then I will throw them in the washer by themselves just in case it makes a mess. These have given me so much peace of mind for my baby girl. They are more expensive than regular panties, but that is to be expected. I found them to be very affordable when compared to similar products, especially considering how much I will save in disposable pads. They are excellent quality as well. Highly recommend.

Got these to try and I’m a big fan! They work great when your flow is light/medium, I dont know that i’d suggest them for heavier flow days. My one complaint is the seam on the back is suppper obvious lol but that’s to be expected! The sizing is a little small though, very snug!

I purchased these for my special needs daughter and it works great. She has a heavy period and use to have accidents wearing regular panty’s and a pad. Since switching to these, we have no worries about leaks or the appearance of bulky pads. No looseness or shrinkage after washing. This is my go to from now on.

They do the job :) good fit, not to high on the waste, more comfortable than pad. They have held up very well after many washings. Excellent value for the money

Really well made and comfortable period underwear. They are tight enough to make sure there are no leaks. It is a good price for this pack of 6 and quality.

These were not what I was looking for. I was hoping they were an alternative to pads for my special needs daughter. But when they arrived and I compared them to Thinx Teen, they were so much thinner that I would not dare to use them as a single type of protection. I do think they would be a good back up. But they weren’t what I needed in this case. I decided to return and by more Thinx, even though they cost a fortune. Not worth a chance for us.
