Nice set up. Does not totally flat.
Loved this product for my salon. Easy to assemble and use. Should come with option for massage. When you lay the chair back it does not lay flat. The footrest is a little small for total comfort if doing facials or waxing. I used a pillow on it and it's perfect. They could sell a seperate piece to put on when you lie back. Perfect for my space! Heavy sucker!

Pretty pink chair
I love this chair! It’s so pretty and it reclines all the way back so I can also do facials for my clients using it. Only thing wrong is the pedicure bowl is so light that when the massager is turned on it sounds like a plane taking off the whole time. It needs a heavier bowl that won’t vibrate so bad.

It’s cheap but that’s what I paid for. The tub is so small and the height from the foot pedestal to the tub is way too big. I tried to return it but you can’t return it. It’s $250 to return and there’s no helpline
