LOVE these!!!!!, I was taking BGV beforehand and loved the effects, but I learned that their myo-inositol levels were not high enough so I found these as a replacement. So far, I LOVE them. No negative effects, I have to wait a while to see the positive, especially because I switched with only a week break in between. These taste delicious, I love the texture, it reminds me of the solid-ish piece of those gummy/jello cup candies, that you have to slurp out. They're so good, no residue, doesn't upset my stomach, and a nice sweet flavor that isnt overbearing

Good flavor and doesnt taste like vitamin/pill and no aftertaste . Im on day one so idk what side effects I will experience but I plan to buy them again if they work well

I have always had a nearly perfect and on time period since menarche. It’s always been painful and sometimes heavy but still always on time. This year, I started a second job so I knew I’d need some vitamins to help me eventually. January after starting this job, my period took nearly a week more to start. I was extremely worried because that’s never happened before. I hadn’t been sexually active so I knew I wasn’t pregnant while I waited for it to start. I happened to look at my most recent blood work report for December 2025 and I noticed my blood sugar was in the insulin resistance range so I started looking up natural supplements to help. I’m not big on going to doctors because they never listen long enough to actually help when I do go. My last gyno just kept suggesting birth control when I told her I can’t tolerate the side effects. They always made me depressed, anxious and extremely hungry. I’m already 10lb overweight. I don’t want to binge eat. I came across myo and d-chiro inositol being one of the highest suggested supplements to reverse insulin resistance related hormone imbalances. I did extensive research since I don’t like taking pills. I started these in March of this year. My second cycle of this year was 35 days…I couldn’t take it anymore. My cycles are usually 28 or 29 days long and I have one every month. I didn’t have one in February. The day after I started taking these gummies, my period started. Not sure if that was a coincidence or not. April rolled around and that cycle lasted 32 days! Plus it was less painful although I was a little under the weather. In May it was 36 days which I imagine was just my body adjusting to the new supplement. I’m currently on my 5th cycle of the year and it lasted 27 days. I used to have some small skin tags. They’ve fallen off. My eyebrows were thinned from me overplucking when I was younger. For reference I’m turning 30 this year. They’re starting to grow back. I haven’t noticed any change in my chin hair but I didn’t have a lot to begin with, just one thick one that I have to pluck. I still feel sad on my period because it’s gross so hard not to be sad on it. I haven’t had to take any ibuprofen this go round either. I’m on day two of this cycle, still crampy but not unbearable. I haven’t the subscription for these gummies. I think if you have these issues, you should get it too

I have used this item once before. Through amazon it arrived quicker, but the gummies are more “tough” and the crystals aren’t very prominent, the product appears more wet than dry. I think this is due to the likelihood of them being in a warehouse (hot maybe?) +seems they help my mood + cycle hasn’t returned yet but i can tell it has influenced my body in a positive way + flavor is good +easy to chew -I was without them for a couple of days and experienced cramping, and breast pain. I was also moody which may have been related or may not have been. I like this product thus far especially since the ingredients are natural. I will Update after the completion of this bottle or until something significant occurs. Also: I have recently ordered this product from the company website. The product arrived slower that way but the quality was good. The gummies were soft and still had lot Of the little crystals on them. They appeared more fresh.

The gummies taste good, texture is fine. Three months later blood tests showed B12 is a hard to process. The problem with the gummy is that it contains Cyanocobalamin, which is a synthetic, inactive form of Vitamin B12. To use it, your body has to perform a multi-step chemical conversion inside your cells to strip away a molecule of cyanide and turn it into Methylcobalamin (the active form).

Have been taking these for a little over a month. Love them and will continue to take everyday. Especially having PCOS.

So far so good. This is the second Myo-Inositol gummy I’ve tried. I like the texture and taste. No side effects whatsoever. Great experience so far!

The gummy is delicious and a good consistency. Almost like eating candy. I have PCOS and have been taking Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol for over a year and it's the best thing that ever happened for my PCOS. My vitamin D levels have gone up and my PCOS symptoms related to my period are almost gone. 10/10 recommend
