First time user. Both devices failed within 5 days of use. Never again.
Utterly useless. I purchased 2. The first one failed after 4 days. When I started using it I checked it's accuracy against my (Sinocare) finger prick tester. The CGM showed 13.3 finger test 8.4. After 4 days it started continuously reporting extremely low readings. 3.2, finger test 5.8. Readings down to 2.2 when I know that it was ridiculous. I've now ended the first, 9 days early. Fitted the new one, following the instructions to the letter. But the app cannot find the device, even though my phone is within 6 meters, more like 60cm. I WILL NEVER BUY THESE DEVICES AGAIN. Two failed within 5 days of use and absolutely no response from Sinocare after emailing and messaging on X. Once bitten, twice shy. UPDATE: The second device finally picked up after 10-12 hours. But like the first, after 4 days it started reporting extremely low blood sugar. Check with finger prick test and it was way out. I then purchased Libre 2 sensors. So with both running the iCan device was much lower than the Libre 2. Example, Libre 2 5.6mmol/L, iCan 2.1 mmol/L. That is useless in my opinion. I have just done a finger prick test 8.1. Libre 2 9.0. iCan 4.0. How can it be 5 lower. It is wildly inaccurate. Totally unimpressive.

Must buy
Sticks better than the libre and more reliable

Beware your sleeping position!
This monitor is positioned on your belly. If, like me, you generally sleep on your front you will quickly discover a phenomenon called Pressure Induced Sensor Error. In my case this dragged my readings down well into the alarm range and made sure that on the first night wearing the monitor I got no sleep whatsoever. In the process I used the forced wakefulness to research the problem, and - fortunately - was able to reassure myself that I was less close to instant death than the gadget was telling me. It’s quite scary getting woken up by a low glucose alarm on the first night of wearing the device, and I will probably use another type if I repeat the exercise (Libre use an arm fitting site that is less likely to suffer from this issue).

Not impressed
No it didn’t I bought two of these costing £80 and when arrived and went to use the first one was faulty and didn’t stick to my arm so I had to open the second one and try that and again the same thing the sticky part that holds the sensor wasn’t sticky complete waste of my money . I’m genuinely annoyed as I buy these every month and have never had a problem until now!!!! I’ve contacted customer services and no reply

Impressed
Brilliant service had a faulty sensor which was swapped no issues. And a lot cheaper than the others. Very happy. One minor moan it would be nice if the app could estimate HBA1C. But that is minor

Avoid this product.
Mine did not work with my iPhone 16, it is now in the bin. It was a total waste of time and money. I had no problems with Freestyle Libre although it is more expensive it worked.

Received product with one of them being faulty
Received my CGM today however one of them from a pack of 2 is not working while the second one works fine. I Dont ha e an option. To get a refund on one of them.

Level clearly visible in app with alerts
Easy to fit, on for 8 days so far and updating regularly Useful to know actual levels whilst changes being made but too expensive for permanent self funded monitoring
