I purchased on 14th Feb, 2018. They sent me only hot steamer (as per image and description, it has hot and cold both options, with 2 separate switches). They show a very sophisticated dual tone (white and pink) color steamer with handle, 2 switches separate for hot & cold and graphics; but it is actually a single color product with no graphics, no 2 switches and no handle in it.My product worked well for 2 weeks, then started trouble (It automatically switch off after 2 minutes and again resume after 30 seconds). And finally it stopped working after a month. Now it is a dumb dabba lying with me. I am helpless, as it can't be repaired anywhere outside. Not recommented to anyone. Yes you can buy and try if you have 1000+ surplus in your pocket and you want to throw it on the road. Ultimately money is yours. ### ⭐ Pathetic product.
