Great!
I've been looking for this product for a few years now ever since my physio used it and it gave me a ton of relief. But it was always too expensive and I didn't want to use up a specific space for it. So when I saw this, it seemed both affordable and portable.It is easy to handle and runs on power directly from the socket (in case you were wondering). It comes with a nice smelling ayurvedic ultrasound gel.Over the years a lot of physios have looked down on the value of therapeutic ultrasound as a viable pain relief method, but in my experience, WHEN USED CORRECTLY, it has significantly reduced pain (when used alongside physio exercises). Works like a dream on the back.

Decent Product for majority of pain issues at home
Nice product for pain relief at home.Pros1. Easy to use.2. Relives joint pain.Improvement:It would be nice to have Maximum intensity at level 8 could go higher and intensity at different levels be significantly more than previous level.

No sufficient uktrasound to heal the damaged part of damaged
Product does not work as intended. I have used the similar product when i have taken ultrasound therepy from physiotherapist clinic.Sound waves generate and thus Heat produced by this product is not sufficient to heal the damaged skin.

Emits strange noise which I did not experience when ultrasound was used by physiotherapist.

Easy to Understand, Easy to Use!
I was looking for a simple and effective way to manage my arthritis pain, and the US111 fits the bill perfectly. The design is intuitive, and the machine is very easy to handle. I was able to start using it right away, with no problems. The included gel is also very good.
