Good supplement
I like that these do not have the synthetic gel cap. Hard to find the natural soft gels. I wanted this amount of D3 and like the K2 MK7 included. Somebody mentioned the soft gels sometimes stick together. Just a tap of the bottle on the counter fixes that. Nothing artificial to keep them from sticking together. The coconut smells great each time you open the bottle. We take 1 per day. Very easy to swallow the tiny pills. Nothing undesirable added to make them bigger.

Got this around Sept 2025 and have been taking it pretty regularly (I miss a day here and there). I’ve always had low vitamin D, so I’m really happy that my latest labs show it went up from 29.1 in Aug 2025 to 73.3. It actually works! Also love that the pill is super small and easy to take.

Noticeable difference to clear up dry flaky skin.
I have used this brand of Vitamin D3 several times because of the K2 (Mk7 type), but not with the coconut in it. I was surprised when i received it that they weren't clear soft gels like the others i had purchased but then i realized i never ordered it with the coconut before so these are actually milky white. I take this vitamin when i know I'm not out doors as much as i should be (usually the winter months). I've never really noticed a specific benefit but just know I needed it. So before getting this i had been using any Vitamin D3 supplement for a while and i noticed the bottom of my feet (especially the right one) was always very dry and scally even if used lotion. But i have used this now for 9 days and i noticed last night that my scally dry and flaky bottom of my feet are now smooth and cleared up. I was shocked because i hadn't used any lotion for a few days. So i know this works since that is one of the benefits is better skin. And I love the price for the quantity i get and the small size of the soft gel.
