Does it has no tear formula?

Not completely but 75% it has no-tear formula. Very good product which I have using for 2.5years old for last 8 months. Any kind of soap products will have a bit of teary quality but that is manageable with this body n hair wash. Just be careful that no foam should get into the tiny eyes.

Is it sls and parabeen free?

Yes and it has all herbal products like reetha aloe vera etc which will always keep your baby chemical free. And very small amount is required per wash
