I get mild anemia while pregnant and normally have lower iron levels. This is the only iron supplement that doesn't kill my stomach. This company has several forms of this iron supplement, liquid, capsules and compressed pills. I have been using this brand off and on for 17 years, thru my last three pregnancies. They are wonderful and I highly recommend this company. The liquid version tastes good, not too medicinal. The compressed pills are my usual go to, but recently I found they had capsules and so far these capsules are my favorite of the three versions. They each have their pros and cons but the capsules fit my life style best. Love this product and company!!

Best iron supplement I’ve found. Works quickly and doesn’t make me nauseous. It does have a weird taste though, so I recommend taking it with a vitamin C powder or orange juice to help with absorption and taste.

I was diagnosed a little anemic, I was feeling so tired with very low energy. These little wonder pills are the best! Now I feel like myself again. I love the ingredient list of herbs.

Love these but I think I love the liquid more. But these are nice because they last longer before expiring.

Works well-slight bad taste only downside.
