Battery works fine, but i really dislike the fact that the light stays on when charging. The oem battery light would turn off when fully charged. This one never turns off.

Solid kit, battery fits really well in charger and the life and power are up from the original battery. And changing the filters renewed the vacuum.

I like that this kit comes with extra filters. However, if I am buying a battery replacement that is comparable to the Dyson battery, I do expect that the screw holes will align correctly. The hole for the V8 battery replacement does not align where the screw in the handle goes. It is off by a little bit. I tried bending the plastic stem to get it to align, but short of enlarging the hole by other means, it clearly does not fit. I have asked for a replacement and hope the replacement is better. Otherwise I will return - it's just not worth it for me to jerry rig it to fit correctly. I just looked at the reviews and it seems others had the same problem. I wish I looked before I purchased this.
