It’s great for the purpose, don’t stuff too much in it, the result is fantastic. I mince even my ginger; it does a phenomenal job. Easy to clean!

I'm sure there must be something this is able to chop. I just haven't found it yet. It doesn't have enough power or speed to do much of anything. Herbs just spin around without getting chopped. And after about 3 minutes of use the motor is making high-pitched noises like it's about to fail.

Compact, cute. Needs charging whether in use or not about every 3 days. It's small and I use it to grind egg shells for my compost. However, it is not very powerful and doesn't grind the shells as finely as my old (broken) model. However, it works well enough for the price and I plan to continue using it.

Chopper does not chop evenly. I bought it because it has a glass bottom but am not happy with the way it chops

I love this little chopper! Really fast! Chops onion to pico de gallo size in 4 seconds, salsa smooth in 8. Chops other ingredients just as well. Perfect for one mid to large onion. No stink, no tears, no chopping board contamination. Glass jar is dishwasher safe. Moving parts and lid are super easy to rinse and wash.

If it was possible to give negative stars I would, that is how upset and baffled I am about this product. The engine is way to weak to cut anything meaningful, the device is flimsy/awkward to put together and feels very cheap. Then I started looking around and found what appears to be exactly the same product from Teemu for less than half the price and it all started to make sense. I can not prove it, I suspect that this is either a cheap knockoff of a decent product or a cheap device sold at a higher price through a more reputable platform like Amazon (as opposed to Temu). It is a marketplace product and not sold directly by Amazon. The "brand" link even takes you to the "Samsung store" on Amazon even though the brand is listed as "Samsung Helper" or something like that. It ended it the trash after 1 use, after attempting to chop garlic but failing to do so (with hours of charge and what should be a fully charge battery based on the "manual"). I don't often leave reviews but this product truly deserves it. Pay more for better and make sure it's a known brand, ideally directly from Amazon or via the brand's own store on the Amazon platform if you value quality
