Nice bit of kit...
Easy to operate, just a press of a button on the front to start and stop recordings, I found it easy to copy the videos onto my computer, sound quality/picture was very good, had a slight niggle about the SD card , which the suppliers rectified quickly, nice size, not to large, good accessories in the box, so good product and great customer back up service. We now use 3 of these, at our workplace.

Very happy with this. Would like it more if the short clip were readily available for this model or if there was a spare with it. I have two magnet mounts, but can't find a spare clip anywhere.

Viewer software in Chinese not compatible with windows
Disappointed in so many ways! firstly I must say this is made to a very high standard. However the viewer software lets it down. Firstly it is not compatible with windows 11 64bit the google map does not load the only map that works is the Chinese one, which is great if you can read Chinese. Software support email comes back with sorry we on holiday hope you understand. Delivery for the first time Amazon let me down over this, but it was delivered eventually. Finally if you are unable to view your recordings I find it hard to believe the advertising of this unit being used by police forces and security personnel.

Gets hot when charging, ( dangerous )
This item doesn't charge plus when I tried to charge it the camera got so hot I could not touch it i had to unplug it first I consider that dangerous I am trying to send it back still have not received return label

Contacted boblov regarding my battery not lasting more than one hour and after 6 emails nothing done to help me. Customer after care is terrible wish I had brought another brand
