very Good for Porridge
It is very easy to make porridge using this flour . The flavour is good and does not look like it is ground along with stones and sand ( Meaning it seems like the process is carried out after cleaning )

Not impressed!
Being gluten-intolerant, I have been surviving on millet-based flours for a while now. I have often bought a raw bajra and ground it at home and used the flour and thought of trying readymade flour. The flavour, the consistency left me deeply unimpressed.

Organic ! Good Product
I liked it. The taste was a little bitter initially. But if you make stuff paranthas or kneed radish or potato in it... it tastes good. Try it friends !

This package comes in a freeze dried pouch. When I received the package I thought it was ruined because it was hard as a rock. Once I opened the package, I discovered it was in a freeze dried package. Once opened, it was fine as wine. Rating has been updated.
