Sabse achhi baat ye lagi ki isme preservatives nahi hain, isliye family ke liye bhi better option lagta hai. It is a very good ketchup, better than all I have used. The texture is similar to the tomato paste pizza restaurants in Italy have which is freshly made but without sugar and it tastes yum. If the sweetness could be reduced by approx a third then the taste of tomatoes would be enhanced. Hence the 4 stars.

I was searching for this type of ketchup for ages. Awesome taste, awesome ingredients. Expiry date is 6 months from manufacture, that again proves use of natural vinegar without adding any chemicals for preservation. Ketchup is indispensable for me and my kids and after becoming aware about the level of chemicals and harmful ingredients used in other famous brands, we tried to make ketchup ourselves at home. But couldn't achieve the perfect taste. We were missing the taste that ketchup gave, but couldn't bring that bottle full of chemicals. I have rated this a 5 star. It is nothing like what I have eaten. The feel and taste is true tomato and capsicum. All these years all I have bought is commercial jugad from top brands. The only downside is that this needs to be consumed within a few weeks. Given the composition of ketchup (this is not a jugadoo sauce to mimic a ketchup) it is best to buy a smaller bottle and consume it as quick as possible. Without the excessive acidic and preservatives, the favour is best when fresh. The downside for many maybe the cost but for the cost sensitive purchaser... stay away and buy the cheaper commercial sauces, this is a true ingredient product that costs more, make a conscious financial call/choice...sab keh bas ki baat nahi...

This is okay-okay in taste coz when I bought this then I think that because of bell pepper it's little bit spicy but it's just more sweeter & previously when I bought the classic normal Tomato Sauce that is amazing. So, me & family members not like this much. Please make any chilli one next time with more efforts. Otherwise you are a good genuine product making Team without chemicals.
