For cleaning: Use a biodegradable bike chain degreaser (avoid generic kitchen degreasers—they can strip internal grease). For lubing: · Wet lube → rainy/muddy rides · Dry lube → dusty, dry conditions Pro tip: Clean first, then apply one drop of lube per roller, wipe off excess.
