It works but slow! You just need to have patience, don't expect results in a month or two
One need to have patience to use this product. Any ayurvedic product shows results in longterm. At least 6 months. I have seen people using a month and then writing negative feedback. Nothing will change in a month or two. This product starts by reducing hunger. I have been using over a month and I can feel my hunger levels came down and started feel a bit light. Will continue to use for couple of more months. Other brands loot on the name of Garcinia Cambogia. This one is very cheap and good quality.

When I started taking this , i did not observe expected result , i didn't take it regularly tho , but there was no significant result ,,,, but it will help you to stop gaining more weight ..I recently joined Gym after a long time , I tried to start a diet at first but after burning so much cals i was not able to keep it up for long , i noticed something later , even if I stuffed my self with junk food and keep taking this , i will lose little bit of weight every week , with the gym ofc ,, but when it ran out , I am not loosing weight anymore , and if i overeat . i will gain a lot of fat ...I recommend you can 1 tablet in morning and 1 in evening .. but if you feel guilty after eating a lot of junk then take 2 tabs at once .. dont take another in the day after that .. keep in mind if you take more then 2 tabs a day it may affect your digestion , May differ for people .Take Care

I don't think it has anything to do with weight loss, my stomach has started giving me burning sensation the day I started consuming it. No where (visibly) it has been been mentioned when it has to be consumed (on an empty stomach or post dinner). Kapiva has much better products for loosing weight.
