It is a good cycle and in this price range, it is a pretty good one. Smooth riding, comfortable seats, average braking and looks really good. I would definitely suggest this products to friends for sure. At the same time I won't suggest the brand installation service because it is a headache. Even though it will state that they will get the installation done within 36-72 hrs, at least few of us who requested the service, got it on the 9th day after delivery. Again, they will say that the payment need to be given to the servicing guy around ₹599, but my experience is different. I got my service request cancelled the first time on the 5th day and then another request was made from the customer service team and they ask for the money upfront. You will not any other status of the installation service untill they call on the day their service guy is available. I waited the whole evening and the installation guy, who was actually a technically sound guy, called up and said he will come on the other day, as there were other service calls. But I insisted and he came around. He said he won't be getting a bus at that time of night and he said he will come to a near by main metro station. Even though there was another station near to my place. The reason he didn't come to that station was that he will have to pay ₹10 extra. I had to pick him from that main metro station get the work done and drop him again at the main metro station. So, if you have a good bycle service point nearby please get it installed from there. I'm sure it will cost the same or less but you can save a lot of your time. Again the installation guy was really good but sorry what the brand provides them seems to be peanuts. And we are the ones who has to loose everything. The money, time, etc. So, basically the cycle is good and get the installation done by yourself?

The product arrived well-packaged and in good condition, with no damage during delivery. I’ve been using it for quite some time now, and overall, I’m happy with it. The delivery experience was mostly smooth, though there was a small issue—the delivery personnel asked for an extra tip for simply doing their job. I ended up paying it, but honestly, that shouldn’t be expected. Apart from that, everything else went well. All the necessary parts were included in the box, and I got it assembled with the help of a local mechanic. The colour matched exactly what was shown on the Amazon page, and there were no missing parts or issues like bent wheels. The only drawback I’ve noticed is with the brake callipers. Their quality feels average, and over time, that’s the only part that has given me some trouble. My local mechanic also mentioned that this is a fairly common issue with such products. Note: Look into the rider height specification before you go for this bicycle.

The bicycle is really good. Almost 95% pre-assembled. One just needs to connect few parts and it's good to ride.

We were not received Mudguard in package at time of purchase I seen in accessories list other then some minor scratches in panels and seat.

Urban Terrain w/o gear model is light weight and cost efficient road bike designed for beginners and daily exercising/commute. It's day 3 that I'm using this bike and I'll try to cover every aspect in this review, right from product Delivery to customer service, so try to keep up with me. Delivery: I was actually quite disappointed with the delivery since it took around 2 weeks from the day of booking. The amazon interface was stuck of shipping status for around 10 days. Also, my bike has a fairly long scratch/patch which is most likely mishandled during delivery phase. ( Idh any issue since it's not on a visible spot please work on it) Rating: 2.5/5 Bike installation: Technician was experienced but he choosed a wrong time to assemble my bike (around 7-8pm). Due to bad light, it took around 2-3 hours to assemble the bike. Also, during my conversation with Technician, he said that there is some issue with Front brakes of the bike, since he has assembled 4-5 bikes that day and all of then had similar issue. I could feel it too since the front brake often jams the tyres when trying to reverse the bike. (Please have a discussion and listen to opinions from your technicians since they are one who are working on ground level and can help you to improve the product) Apart from that, no issues. Technician was extremely polite and listened to every request carefully. Rating: 3.5/5 Customer Care/Support: I received a call from support team same day, my bike was delivered. Initially I missed a call from them and took me a while to reconnect with them since the call was constantly busy (it's okay though). But I must mention that the team has great support team both in terms of call and help via WhatsApp services. They scheduled a technician appointment for me the very next day. Rating: 4/5 Dietician: I had a brief call with dietician, Rajitha and she was polite, calm and a good listener. She listened to every small details that could help me to set up a great diet and routine. Looking forward to work with her on those plans. Rating:4.5/5 Suggestion: Even though that air pump is freebie, please try to revamp its model. It's inconvenient and ineffective to use. Feels like a device to train your Forearms(my veins were popping out) rather than filling air in tyres :p Just joking, but yeah, please re-model it. So yeah, to summary, its a great road bike for daily use/commute and quite cost efficient.
