Do Disappointing
Type 2 Diabetic. Had a severe illness over last 2 weeks and unable to eat. I dipped in and out of hyperglycaemia and severe hypers quite a few times, docs were skeptic and so decided to buy one of these to show them I wasn't lying. First day after calibration, (I checked 3 or 4 times against finger prick test) worked brilliantly. Had it positioned on my arm. Went to bed, woke up and still all good. I set the warning threshold a little higher so I could take action before I dipped low. Around 11am on second day it started alarming every few minutes and on checking, I had dipped to 2.1. Then it went LOW (unregisterable). Since then it has remained at low, although spraodially goes back up, only to return to low almost immediately. I acted on the first two or three warnings and grabbed a glucose tab (still unable to eat) or a quick shot of lucozade sport. 4th warning, I decided to do finger prick and I was well into 18mmol. I rechecked it against the finger prick test and it was sonout it wasn't worth wearing. Contacted customer service on pc (it doesn't work in the app) and still waiting on reply. £50 to monitor my levels for one day. I was so hopeful for this to work as I was planning on buying one every two weeks as it's easier to manage my levels than by remembering what I have or haven't eaten or drank.

Good
Bought for my dad. Nice and comfy for him, no need to prick daily. Wish it was cheaper though,

Avoid this product
The device consists of two parts: a sensor and a transmitter. The first step is to connect the sensor to the transmitter by clicking their housings together. I encountered issues with the first device I purchased, as these two parts would not connect; however, Amazon promptly replaced it. With the second device, the two pieces connected, but the housing would not detach after it was applied to my skin. Amazon replaced this device as well. The third device successfully clicked together and attached to my skin correctly. Unfortunately, the accompanying software would not run on my Pixel 9. I managed to get the software running on my Galaxy tablet, but the readings were significantly different from those of my blood test meter, even when accounting for the expected reading lag. On the third day, the software indicated a sensor error and instructed me to contact support. However, clicking the 'support' button displayed a message stating that support is not available in my area. Consequently, I discarded the device.

Dangerously inaccurate
It's an expensive scam, they don't work. If you measure the levels with a more accurate machine, and match up with how you feel, they aren't even close. Also, it's very sensitive and sends notifications to your phone constantly. Bad app design, expensive and ultimately doesn't give accurate readings. It's painful but you're better off with a finger pricking blood monitor.

The Sinocare is a nice system but is slightly less accurate than the Libre pro
The Sinocare is a nice system but is slightly less accurate than the Libre pro. Never the less it is very handy to monitor glucose if you are taking a new medication etc and don't want the expense of the Libre system.

Helpful in showing trends
EDIT: Have been using it for a couple of days now. I'm used to having the Libre 3 from a different company .. so comparing it with pros and cons: Pros: - lasts longer than other CGMs. Solid 15 days - nice app with details. You can select each point for multiple days and see exact measurements. App was easier to install than other cgm apps - price is decent compared to other cgms with bluetooth - Seems to be more sensitive to changes in my blood glucose than other CGMs which is good. Very Helpful for recognizing foods that spike my blood sugar. Cons: - bulkier. Feels to be double the size of libre 3 - not accurate. Tested it against a finger prick test multiple times, ican cgm shows 104 while finger prick tests show 91. It however shows trends in blood sugar spikes well, as soon as i eat something i can see the difference. - pressure on the sensor changes results on app immediately. I had to be extra careful not to pressure it, cause i just get 10-20 extra mg/dl in results which are totally not true. Major pain for anyone having alerts setup. - installation has more steps than competitors, you have to install the sensor together then install it on your body, rather just have it already assembled then simply installed on your body. EDIT: They sent me a replacement, will try it and update. Customer support was so good and easy to communicate with I broke it while trying to install it on my body. Before this i tried Libre 3 CGM and installing it was straight forward. With this it felt like a million step, with a big needle in it that you can push into the sensor early on. So many moves and twists and clicks .. eventually i clicked it into the sensor while it was in the casing and couldn't get it out without breaking that big needle. Wasted my money, and now reordered a libre 3.

Item could not be used
The item arrived promptly, but unfortunately I was unable to use it because it appears to be defective. The white button was already pressed in when I opened the package. While I cannot be completely certain whether it was delivered that way or accidentally pressed during handling, the item was not usable.
