Amazon should ban this company, complete rip off
Bought this on sister's recommendation because she purchased the same. After just over a year, the pan started sticking no matter how much oil I applied. This was about a month after I was allowed to return it. For the amount of money I paid for this pan, I would've been better off buying a $20 frying pan from Canadian tire. Absolutely pathetic and would never recommending purchasing anything from this company ever again. So annoyed.

Amazing pans, and I'm picky!
I am a pretty great home cook, so particular about cookware, and trying to minimize toxins. I LOVE these pans. I use on medium low heat AT MAX and while they do take awhile to heat up, once they do, they stay screaming hot. Even on medium low, I get a perfect sear on steak and scallops. I love the even heat distribution, the substantial weight, and they truly are non-stick. Don't use too high of heat, be patient, and prepare to be impressed! I'd recommend the middle sized pan to start. They've held up well over time and clean up.is a breeze.

Works Wonderful BUT Short Handle Gets Too Hot
Beautiful quality and functions great, cooking perfectly without sticking. Knocking 1 star off bc the little handle gets super hot when cooking. From exp, I burned my hand. Idk why they would have that handle there if you couldn't grab it without being burned since the long handle stays cool. Its a mind F to remember when grabbing the pan after cooking.... right hand ok - left hand use oven mit. It should be keep the same temp on both handles. But I do love the quality of this pan so trying to find a silicone cover for that short handle to help.
