Nice
Though it has bitter test but works it's job. May be difficult to drink at initial days for some people but after fewdays you may tolerate the test. This powder has 32 herbs all makes a good blend to control blood sugar. It's really works.

Not grounded well. Difficult to swallow
This time ordered 1kg. Should have ordered 399grms only. It is not smooth. Particles struck in mouth and throat. Difficult to swallow. Very Difficult for aged.

To keep checking on what you eat no heavy dinner at night.
It's a good powder ,as my sugar was increased by 400 and I tried diet and tablets but it was not reducing, it came down to 300 .I just ordered madhumardan and tried fr 15 day sugar reduced and came down to 160 after food . But need to keep check on what u are consuming .I eat rice everyday but small portion but now sugar doesn't spike .

Good products but taste needs to change
I got this yesterday, (1 kg), and took 2 times (5 gm ) before meal, sugar after 3 hours 150. Iโm insulin dependent along with sugar tab. As a test I stop all my allopathic medication for a day to check whether this working or not. It is working for me by 150 sugar indication, other it would be 280 after food Disadvantages of this product is taste, very bitter taste and stomach upset, they should have to add some herbs to remove those bad effects Thatโs why Iโm giving 4, but let me observe for 3 months to check my hba1c levels
