Great for a pick me up and to keep in cars!
I love drinking coffee, but when having to stop every few hours is inconvenient, these chewing gums are perfect. I keep one in each vehicle, just in case I get a little dozy after a long night. I love the flavor variations too!

Good flavors, noticeable boost of energy
Gum tastes pretty good. You feel an energy burst pretty quick. Flavor doesn't last too long, but the pick-up from the gum does. I've bought several flavors. They all are decent. I think the red it's pretty good if you like cinnamon. Blue one isn't bad, nor is the green. Give it a shot if you've been looking to get a noticeable, fast increase in alertness and energy. I'd suggest no more than 2 pieces at a time.

Caffeine - YES!, Taste - not so much.
Effective caffeine delivery, the taste isn't fabulous. Honestly, I didn't order this gum expecting it to be delicious, so I will likely reorder. I think the cinnamon was the best.

Helps with migraines
I LOVE this gum. I started chewing it after I had to stop drinking coffee for a while. This is best value I have been able to find. I lOVE the variety pack. I even had a coworker chew it when she had a migraine & it helped. I does have a slightly bitter taste, which I got use to after a while. This can be remedied wth adding a piece of regular gum.
