Let me get straight to the point: this tea is Amazing! It holds true to its advertisement and it really isn't bitter at all. In fact, it has a wonderful delicate flowery aroma and mild sweet taste. It can be savored on its own without any addition of honey. Makes me feel calm and relaxed immediently and my body fatigue also dissappears after drinking this. It's far better than teabox & Goodwin teas in terms of taste, effectiveness and pricing. I strongly recommend this if you want to try green teas. It's a good evening tea when you want to wind down and relax. The packaging of the product is good, delivery was on time and also you get 3 free sample teas with each box (win win!). So I came across this product cause my dietician recommended having chamomile tea for better sleep(until then i was clueless about existsnce of chamomile for jnproving sleep quality and reducing anxiety). I saw reviews and compared many tea brands on amazon and made up mind only then. It's slightly costly than other brands here. When I started taking this each night, for few days I remember feeling drowsy throughout the day but after a while I got used to this tea and slept peacefully at night. Only tea wont do wonders, try to sleep immediately after having tea do not stick to phones cause staying awake despite drinking this will make your anxiety worse so I would advice resting for good results. At starting you might find your mind at ease and numb as well but no worries once you get used to it you won't mind the taste as well as good aftereffects.Thanks

You may have the green tea any time you want... It is basically for normal consumption... Honey lemon green tea can be consumed early in the morning when you crave for something a little stronger to kick away your sleep... It will really help you... Moreover if you exercise then it's really great for you to increase your metabolism... Consume it before your workout... And aahh! The apple cinnamon is so strong..
