A treasure
Like the way the author has explained the recipes . Have tried 10 out of so many in the book. All of them were out of the world. Everything turned out amazing.

Quite satisfying discussion on verity of Kebabs (and Poultry roasting) printed on recycled paper which can be stained and torn very easily so care required using this book (if you like to keep books clean, like me). very well written and easy to follow.
