I bought 4 and with one of them the battery ...
I bought 4 and with one of them the battery keeps popping out out... mind you I just put them on today*Update within 2 hours of email company I had a message stating a new one would be shipped out first thing... great customer service! Changing to a 4 star

I Was Skeptical
I have to admit that I was skeptical this would actually work but it does. My male husky has not scratched since about 3 days after I had put it on him. I think it took that long to get the critters off him that the other big repellent missed. If my other dogs would wear a collar, I'd buy more.UPDATE: Stopped working within 5 months. I bought a new battery and nothing. It seemed to work but I expected a lot longer.

Dead batteries in both.
Received these two today but both had dead batteries. They didn't light up, so I tested them and both were dead. I had to go to my local store and purchase two CR2032 batteries with a cost of $5.00. I am very disappointed because the two had dead batteries. Battery went dead in two months. I don't want to purchase any batteries. I WILL NOT ORDER THESE AGAIN!!!!!!

Not worth the purchase
I ordered 3 for my 3 dogs. Only one works. The back won’t stay on one of the other 2. That being said it didn’t work because the battery didn’t have a good connection. The 3rd doesn’t work at all. I even went and bought a new battery to see if that was the problem but it still did not work.

Don't bother, useless
My dog could hear the tone and it freaked him out! It also only has 1 per pack not 4 like the pick shows. Returned very quickly.

This is a wonderful product! I have two high energy dogs and a heavily wooded lot in north Alabama and ticks have always been a problem. I bought these two weeks ago and no more ticks!
